depression is fine its just my anxiety unwanted thoughts are getting to me again for the past 2 to 3 days iam trying to be strong but i got other things worrying me as well so iam not as strong as i can be so now that i feel like this anxiety knows its timing court in 3 days and iam so scared and have so meany feelings its just getting to me i can usually be stronger than this but as i got something so big coming up iam not strong if u been seeing my other post u will know what iam on about court ... i hate this its coming at a bad time but hay thats anxiety :(

glitterangel03, there's never really a good time for anxiety to hit but I know what you are saying. I'm glad the depression has calmed down. I know you are trying to be strong with the unwanted thoughts of anxiety. Court dates are difficult to begin with but I know that the one coming up in 3 days for you affects your future. You are strong but you are also human and as a human being it is natural to be anxious. As for the unwanted thoughts, not sure what those may be, but you are going to have to push them aside the best way you can. There probably isn't much you can do at this time to change the outcome of the court findings. Worrying and getting yourself more anxious isn't the answer. You need to be there that day, don't get sick over this. In these next 3 days, start doing some meditation and deep breathing for acceptance. Use Affirmations that will give you a positive approach to that day. You have been through so much and have made such big advances in going forward. I hope that all this will pay off for you. I will hold you in my thoughts and say a prayer that everything you want and need back in your life will be yours once again. x

Hi, I'm sorry you're feeling so down. Maybe try taking some deep breaths and releasing them slow. My Therapist gave me a guide on YouTube if you can watch it. It's called the school of self. It's just a visual of how to do the breathing exercise... there isn't any sound. I hope you feel better.
