Here lately I've been a little concerned about being forgetful. I am a new mom and sometimes I just use "mom brain" as an excuse but I think my anxiety contributes to a lot of it. Does anyone else feel like this is an issue for them also? I don't forget really important things but sometime I forget small things and feel as though I am losing my mind a bit and then that leads to more anxiety. I'm only 26 and surely can't be getting alzihemers right?
