What is it all about

Hello my friends . I really don't know what is happening at the min I feel like every part of my life has turned into a black cloud . Like ,I love my job but people in it seem to make it hard work then it takes over me I'm not on top form at min maybe need a break ,my health ,it's one thing and another from simple water infection then panicky now I'm overdue my smear my doc told me I never got a letter . I feel so out of control of everything they are just a few examples. Iv lost interest in my appearance cant be bothered .What is happening I feel I need to grab hold of the reigns again and steer my way.My only light in my tunnel is im going away in 3 weeks for a holiday maybe this is what I need ??. anyone felt like this.
