What's making my axiety flare-up

Have you had any significant changes in your life recently? How's your mood, etc? Sometimes my anxiety just comes out of nowhere which is really, really frustrating. Take care of yourself.

I agree my anxiety can come and go especially if you have other worries to think about.have to go back to square one and tell myself it will get better and relax .hope you are feeling better soon.
