What triggers my Anxiety attacks

I have litter ally died and returned to tell the tale. This is the reason why I have a MAJOR fear of dying again! I originally thought my anxiety attacks was a stroke or heart attack.

Thankfully a Medic told me my attacks are not life threatening whatsoever. I still have that fear in the back of my mind. If anyone knows how to conquer the fear of death. Please let me know. SPS. This spell check is rediculous! XD

Mindfullness, living in the moment, limit ruminations to short periods in the day. Read about health anxiety management. Stop introspectiveness

Also, if anyone can tell me how to become immortal that'd be great! :-P (Positive thinking is the best medicine!)

You already are immortal. I know it is so. You just have to believe it

The spellcheck is a pain. Best not to modify text on the fly through sentence- but erase mistakes in word chunks. On the anxiety- I hope it's better too!
