I was at bell blvd in queens dropping my fiance home and i was on my way back home i was at the light on bell blvd and all of a sudden im staring at a sign that says welcome to bayside village and BOOM sudden panic now usually my anxiety happens based off a trigger im assuming my kast thought was the mandela effect because i swore the sign said welcome to bell blvd once but it never did anywho i began to panic and had difficult breathing but i remembered to keep breathing deep no matter how hard it seems im not breathing or how bad it seems that i am hyperventilating i was still breathing doing this helped me but what was weird is it went away after i kept doing my deep breathing for a good 3 or 4 times is that really how long my nervous system needs to reset during a panic attack? I was so close to running red lights lol but it suddenly stopped after i deep breathed 3/4 times any who i dont want to discuss the mandella effect on this site because a lot of peoppe on this site are NOT ready to be woken up yet by truth.. and it also gives me anxiety so if it gives me anxiety it will give you anxiety so i repeat

*DISCLAIMER*

DO NOT SEARCH MANDELLA EFFECT UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU CAN HANDLE IT and not panic i do NOT WANT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ANXIETY ATTACKS IF You get one when searching

Brief summary: bernstein bears used to be spelled the way i spelt it now it is Bernstain bears pretty odd aye? I think its neat but scary at same time

Kevoreally, I have never hear of that but I'm going to look it up. I always ready and willing to learn anything I can. Thanks for sharing. It was a good idea to do a Trigger Warning.. It sounds like it's not for everyone.

I'll get back to you on this. Thanks

Its very interesting stuff but very scary

It could be true, it could be that you just think you're Ill and are not, you just think you are because you've seen someone else that way somewhere else !!.

Well being awoken is scary at times because many around me is still drinking the coolaid and going about their buisness i guess you can say yhe truth is crazy 😜 but you should deff read up on some of the things that goes on behind the curtains :)

Maybe.

I can see why you're in such need and constantly in a state of panic if you confuse your mind with an alternated reality.

Be careful you may never find reality ever again.

Main stream media ?. Do I believe it ! . All media is biased, university polls and generally polls are biased.

I'm not American so I'm not sure about the Last Vegas shooting reports in the US media.
