Feel so disheartened/like a fail

hi all I feel really disheartened I ovbsopvily didn't get a job at the interview I went to on Monday as he said I would heard by the end of the week and I haven't I really wanted this job and feel like a big failure and like I've lost all motivation

Imamess, sounds like a lucky escape not being offered that job as you didn't really want it, but if they'd offered it you might have taken it and been really unhappy there. Listen, even the most successful people have been for interviews and not got them, so there is absolutely no reason to think of yourself as a failure and loose motivation. Put your energy into finding a job you will like and working for someone who appreciates your abilities.
