I had a life threatening asthma attack I have had the fears before but this was a different ball game. Imagine someone slowly taping your nose and mouth fighting to get a tiny bit of air in your lungs I couldnt even talk. The Ambulance man told my son by the time I got hospital I was appoxic or a word similar. I had no oxygen at all in me my eyes was popping out of my head I swear they were going to pop out . I couldn't remember anything else because I was out. I am writing this becauseI just had another horrible panic I started dwelling on that awful frightening night to much. The thought of another attack make me terrified.

I gave up smoking that night or the day after because I was in hospital after smoking for over 45 years. Nothing like the fears or panic to break a bad habit and I feel much better for it and I don't get out of breath anymore. Writting this has helped enormously to.

I hope you all find your peace soon because having a fear or panic can hold you back from living life as it should be lived.

Live from day to day and don't let that voice get the better of you , You control who you are . Keep occupied and learn to relax more . Meditation helped me aloft by relaxing you more to take hold of the stearing wheel you decide where to go .
