It's the afternoon and all of a sudden l am having,a an aniexty attack from no where but cutting now on my diazapam for a year now with the doctors guidance down to 1mg now from being on Mirtazapine for almost 6months 2 years ago came of them ok so in the last year have come down of 6mg diazapam to lmg but been on lmg for 3 months now but finding ding it hard been back to doctors but they say l have to ride through it thank god for this site

Wow that's amazing you have weened down that much! I know weening off meds is very hard but if this is your goal then your almost there! Hang in there!!
