Anxiety is like something that eat you away. But what I try to do I tell my slef i am not letting it stop me some time when it is so bad I will put a under my tongue but i do when the anxiety come on I keep reminding myself the I can get true this this is from the devil when the anxiety attack I it make use scared but tell you self you can do it you want to go out tell you self that you are going if you are at home tell your self your I am not afraid I can do this and just try to relax
