Heart skips a beat.

Hi all,

Anyone heart ever skipped a beat? feels breath taking and then I cough. I just felt it while lying down, felt it before but it's scary.

I too get a pulse beating no my head I feel it more when I dwell and put all my thoughts into the feeling. Anyone get these symptoms?

Heart palpitations are VERY common with anxiety and panic attacks. I have experienced them numerous times. And they still are worrisome each time it happens. I have even had 2 ecg's and complete blood panel in the past 6 months. I've been dealing with anxiety and panic for 10 years now as well.

Yes, I had some skipped and erratic heart beats today. Plus, I'm going through menopause which is probably making it worse. Anxiety also can cause skipped beats
