Anxiety suffer

Well I have had anxiety for about 5 years keep thinking bad things and worrying getting cold swwets hearth's starts racing always think bad things will happen in my like and to me I think 24/7 it's hard to stop thinking

Since my mum died in November of a heart attack age 53

I can beat it some times but just talking about what's going on in my head to my partner but sometimes it's hard I just keep it all in and it really scares me what's the best thing I can do when having a anxiety attack
