They just don't understand...

My family don't understand how difficult it is for me to find a job as I literally fear everything and are putting constant pressure on me to get one which is in turn making my anxiety worse. I've gone through phases of avoiding different family members because I can't deal with the questions all the time. Im now at stage where I don't know what to do as I don't feel like I can talk to them.

Hi Tiegan_ It sounds like you are surrounded by fear everyday. Avoidance isn't the answer as it just builds your anxiety level fearing the questions they may ask. Your family should be a support system. When it is not, a third party needs to come into the picture. Whether it be your doctor or a therapist and have a family meeting. Sometimes hearing it from a 3rd party helps the family better understand what you are going through as well as believing it is a real fear. My best
