I'm scared my heart will stop

I'm a 49 year old female. I have really bad anxiety. I started taking Zoloft 5 days ago. My anxiety has presented with several physical sensations like dizziness, restlessness, nervousness, lightheadedness, fatigue, Due to my anxiety, my blood pressure has been high 150/99. My heart rate or pulse is around 60. I'm not an athlete. Is this common with anxiety? I feel compelled to take my blood pressure 10 times or more each day. I'm scared my heart will stop. how can I get my heart rate up to a normal level while bringing my blood pressure down? I also sometimes feel like I'm going to faint but I always snap out of it before I do-so I've never passed out. I've been given xanax to calm me but I'm afraid it I take it, my heart will stop. Please tell me if this is a normal part of anxiety. If so, how can I fix this? Thank you so much for reading this❤️️
