Hey guys. I've started sertraline 50mg and feel awful. Am on day 4. My anxiety seems worse than normal have headache, jaw clenching , chest pains and very spaced out. Has anyone else experienced this ? Thanks

Yes these are all side effects of the drug and will get better over time. On average 2-3 weeks Sometimes longer or shorter depending on the person. I know these side effects suck but give it time to work and good luck!
