Does anyone else have there temp go up and down mine will get low like 95.9 -99.0 but most of the time I'm 97.0-97.4 is this normal it worries me

How do you take your temperature?

If you use a surface method or ear probe, then there is a large range of errors.

I expect that is the explanation and it is unlikely to be of concern

Why do you keep taking your temperature anyway? It seems it is only cause you anxiety?

It's one that u use on the skin I keep taking my temp because I'm scarred of having a fever

You will know if you have fever or not without taking your temp, stop what you are doing you are only making yourself worry over nothing.

Relax and try to occupy your mind with other things.

Skin temperature will be affected by lots of things and so the range you give is entirely normal. But you're making yourself unwell by keeping checking .

If you have a proper fever you will know without checking skin temperature
