I use Night Rescue remedy - both drops and spray(turn about ) and find them helpful for sleep. Sort of settles the restless thoughts

Yup, go for it!

Don't know if you've trouble sleeping (I have) and the most recent thing I'm trying is Nighty Night herbal tea. Seems to be working a treat though early days, bit more expensive the usual herbal teas but hey....if it works

Bach rescues remedy seems to be oil or spray, that helps to calm you. I've not tried anything like...
