Hello. Yes I do. But one thing you need to put a stop to right away is "googling symptoms". I finally did and it keeps me 50% calmer now. Please please NEVER Google symptoms. Only your own doctor needs to direct you. God bless.

yesss no1 is NEVER google your symptoms. It might seem like it will make you feel better, but it won’t. It will just feed your worry.

Keep a diary of your health anxiety and the symptoms you’re worrying about. You’ll be able to look back and re evaluate what you were worrying about/your symptoms.Update this diary as often as possible, including: worries, symptoms, how often you check your symptoms, if you’re symptoms go away after a while.Make a list of your symptoms, and everything the symptoms could possibly mean. In other words look at all the possible causes for your symptoms. Evaluate the possibility of it being something bad. The reality is that it’s probably nothing.

Try to avoid seeking reassurance from others. This will only help in the short term and you’ll find yourself constantly asking your friends/family about your symptoms.Think of it in the grand scale of things. Is your symptom really really bad so that you can’t function? No, then continue with your day, your symptoms may ease.

Try not to jump to conclusions, as hard as it may be.Think about how many people have the same symptom as you. Most of them carry on with their day, the symptom goes away, and they are fine.Try to avoid seeking constant reassurance from the doctor. And believe them! If they say nothing’s wrong, nothing’s wrong. They know their stuff!

Thanks, thats a good idea! Think i'm just really paranoid, as i had a blood test and it came back ok, but another part of it wasnt but the doc said if i didnt have a cold or cough then its nothing to worry about. So i'm over thinking constantly about it..

I do this all the time an believe me it's probably the worst thing we can do lol anxiety has multiple symptoms mine make me feel like I'm dying half the time an every pain I get I google it but then I tell myself it's only my anxiety. I don't google so much now, Google basically tells you you're dying just stay off google lol

Hi I'm exactly like you , I scare myself half the time any little thing spirals my mind out of control & the what ifs start. And just like tay said I also keep a diary which when some symptom starts getting a major panic I look back and think well I had that months ago and I'm OK, it is a horrible mind game.

Yeah thats a good idea actually, it sure is.. last thing i think of before i go to sleep and the first thing i think of when i wake up, i just want a break! Nice to know i'm not alone though

Horrible mind game indeed! I had anxiety issues one and off since I was 15 I'm 34 and I've had PLENTY of anxiety episodes or periods of feeling scared and bed ridden, agoraphobia but I made it through. Even had anxiety attacks alone in my car and at the end nothing happened. Its amazing how our bodies work but I haven't had the strong enough mind to control it smh. By now I should know its anxiety Smh more than half my life I have been struggling with it. Anxiert honestly ruined a portion of my life. I didn't do a lot of things because of my anxiety smh.

Yess i get these problems all the time. What i did was i went to the doctors for a check up (blood test and ECG scan bcz the pain part of the body i was concered with was my heart)and everything was normal,so i highly suggest u do that if youre concered. and second of all completley eliminate your self from searching (like a ritual) because anyone can go on google and create some mumbo jumbo stuff which arent true. Thirdly dont ask for reasurrance!it will only make u feel better for a bit then the cycle will continue!! lastly is that u have to keep urself busy!!do the things you love !! i know this is difficult heck i still have it but with time it will get better and you wont even care about it anymore.take care Xx

The problem I have is that the computer is a huge part of my job so can't get away from it, I haven't been to a doctor about this yet but I beleive that i'm on the right track, that it is anxiety related and/or adrenal fatigue which are closely related

I have a great relationship with my doctor, he's both a GP and holistic doctor , I can e-mail, text or messenger and a friend. I will need to contact hime this week, he deals with adrenal fatigue, anxiety and heaps more items. The only thing that relaxes me is a few beers after work each day, it just keeps my mind of things

There will always be something. There always be the 'next symptom'. And if you think you could get rid of all the symptoms you have ever experienced in your entire life, I guarantee, there would be another and another and another symptom that your mind would hook on. That's the nature of anxiety. We become so crazy self focused it cannot be any other way. More and more people become afflicted with anxiety as never before. And it happens in first world countries at an alarming rate where medicine us so 'highly' advanced. Do your research and compare rate of anxiety between first world countries and third world countries. You may be surprised. There may be many different factors as to the cause of anxiety. But ask yourself what has changed to highest degree in last 20 years? Environmental factors have change! Food and water have changed! Food tastes better with never ending variety but what has happened to its nutritional value? It has gone to hell! Ask any doctor that you know how many hours of nutrion he/she had in med school. 20? 10? 4? It's insane! Ask your grandparents or any grandparents if they even knew anybody! with Anxiety or depression. My grandmother went through WWII with 7 childre, had to feed them somehow and relocate to a place 400 miles where she lived. She and other people like her and actually every single person in Europe should all be afflicted with Anxiety and depression but it happened so rarely! Our food is so severely depleted of minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients we should ring the bells for alarm 20 or 30 years ago. Yet, all you hear it's silence. Change you diet. Stay on it for at least 3 months. Eat more quality vegetables and fruits. Less white flour or best is none. Take quality mineral abd vitamin supplements. Walk 30 min a day. Drink plenty of 'clean' water. Stop drinking if you do, smoking if you do and see what happens. Reduce your body inflammation by staying away from inflammatory foods. There is no quick fix! If there was, you and millions of other people would hear about it by now. Take total ownership of your body and of your life. Feel so good as never before in your life! Take action right now!
