I woke up about an hour ago and tried to fall asleep again but then as soon as I'm falling asleep a major rush in my head and arms and chest happened and felt really weird and intense like I'm going to go through convulsion or something... Now I'm awake because I'm too scared to fall asleep again.

You never actually did pass out from it or anything though? It's so weird but yes it is more comforting to know we're not alone haha

Yep just had this happen this morning. Woke up at 4:48am and drifted back to sleep but woke up startled which started heart palps, anxiety, jitters.. ugh should have just got up and not tried to fall back asleep as the feeling is still with me but not as severe.
