Hi there

So my last post related to mobile phone use - scrolling makes dizziness worse!

I've not given up on my research and still suffering with dizziness following a bad cold. I started to get this squelchy blocked ear feeling and I've had tinnitus for a long long time. I searched on YouTube and found the 'motivational doctor' and he started to talk about EUSTACHIAN TUBE DYSFUNCTION. Look it up! Eureka moment! Last night I started my first motion sickness pills to see if it works with the dizziness. I believe that this is my primary health issue that has gotten missed by 11 doctors!!!! And ENT!!!! I'm just self helping now. And my local pharmacist has been the true helper here. Scrolling on my phone only exasperated the issue and added to the dizziness - so I still believe that played a huge part in my problem. Inner ear is connected to your emotions. It's no wonder my anxiety is through the roof!!!!! Look into this guys. Anxiety brings on a whole host of symptoms. Horrible and scary. But getting to the root cause for some of us will stop all anxiety! Good luck!

Hi there

I've been given anti sickness mess, travel sickness tablets. I was given stemitil, anti dizziness too. Now I've been told to use Beconase nasal spray for at least 2 months. We shall see. Not too sure about this. All I read is it EVENTUALLY goes away. Look at the Motivational Doctor on YouTube for help and advice and techniques to help clear Eustachian tubes. Good luck.
