Inositol

Has anybody use inositol for anxiety? Does it works ?

i also have read a lot about it....even ordered it online from Jarrow Formulas but have not started it. It seems one needs to take it in very high dosage for anxiety.....that too it can be used in short term only

It day 3 and nothing yet ... don't see a difference:)... will see only taking 8 g a day.
