Not for everyone. Cannabis ruined me. It gave me my first panic attack and Derealization and Panic disorder. I'm still recovering. Haven't been the same since smh

Don't touch it!! I know someone who used it for the same purpose and it made it so much worse!! To the point I no longer recognise that person , but they won't accept it.

Weed smokers will swear up and down that weed helps with anxiety but if you actually have severe anxiety, weed will almost always make it much much worse.

Yes I use medical marijuana to relieve my anxiety and it works. When I get that nervous gnawing feeling in my stomach I take a couple of puffs from my portable vaporizer and my stomach relaxes. I was on Ativan, Cymbalta and Wellbutrin and now with the help of cannabis I no longer take the Ativan or Wellbutrin.
