adds, that was cool, it helped you describing what you looked like. I didn't realize there would be so many Adam Smiths. You told it like it is, potty mouth and all, but hey that's how we all feel at times. Going through the same thing day after day, week after week etc. I totally agree with you in that it can be done, we can overcome the anxiety. wel thanks for looking at vid way i see it im just norm guy and i talk norm way just say how it is really un like some ones on there look like s**t black eyes un shave wel what anxiety depresson can do to you not just in side out side look wize to i know theres all sorts off anxiety to so many people have silly stuff really but fills v.real to people scares the s**t out them but its mind that play big part of it all and thinking of things once its stuck in there it v.v hard to get that way of thinking out agane but can be done may come back aganenow and agane but when it does you know how to deal with it so not as bad im going to do a sleeping one next about when its hard to drop off takes hours to or juststay up cors rapped thinking wel thanks agane for looking hope it can sort help some one that needs it if itcan
