Hi does anyone go pale on an evening? I seem to be ok at work then when getting ready For bed my colour drains and feel dizzy and just not right... Any thoughts?

I go pale quite often like you say the colour just drains from you I always ask my partner if a look pale he just says no to stop me worrying but I now I do 😕
