Hello,

My five tips for dealing with anxiety and deprssion.

S-stop caffine anchoel and nicottine

S-sleep well.do every thing you can to have good long sleep.

E-eat well.have agood diet.

D-drink alot of water during the day.

S-sport.do jogging or walking every day or at least three times every week.

They are all good advice and I agree they will help anyone even people without anxiety

I will be honest I do a few of what you mention but am guilty of not doing some of the others :-/
