At Easter I think I had a nervous breakdown if possible? It all started with heart palpitations one day then they went but I stayed in bed

For 2weeks can't remember much of it but I was in a really dark place has anyone else experienced this please xx

Hi allinyamind I am not medically trained and can only go by my previous experiences and from what I can tell it seems to me as though you had a bad bout of depression. For a clearer understanding I think that you should discuss this with your Doctor because if it was to happen again then you will be better able to deal with the situation. Good Luck
