I find that sometimes when my anxiety is bad I can't eat even if I am hungry. Feel full even though I have hardly eaten anything. It's so annoying!! Not exactly the same symptoms but anxiety effects us all in loads of different ways. Nighttime usually being the worst for me unfortunately!
