Can't believe it happened again.....

Sitting in 2nd lesson (english), out of nowhere, I started panicking for no reason, I had to ask my teacher to be excused from the room so I could deal with my anxiety alone and regain my calmness that I was in before tghe start of the lesson, I did the right thing yesterday when the anxiety kicked in, so I emailed him to let him know so he wouldn't put me on the spot (that didn't work as well as to be expected) I am going to remove myself from the room on Thursday (he can't say anything as I am allowed to be removed from any situation in which I feel worried about)
