Got swine flu when it was circulating so afraid I will get it again

Well I can imagine after having it you would feel this fear

I didnt no it was still out there to be honest

To get it once is bad luck to get it twice I would think your odds have gone down , I havnt heard of anyone getting it twice

I no its not easy , but I have to work hard at telling myself to stop worrying about things that might never happen , as I have enough to worry about that is

Yes I do have the jab at work, so hopefully won't get it this year. Wonder how many people on this site have had flu. Can be very nasty. Still looking for a vaccine that can prevent against all flu types
