Hi, I'm huge believer in knowledge. Read everything you can on the subject . Understanding anxiety and depression, self esteem can and will help you. There are lots of books on amazon about it. I'm currently reading a book called cognitive behavioural therapy for dummies despite the title it is a very good book. There are also lots of apps available, I'm using calm.com and head space both good. Try writing a journal about how you are feeling. Stay with this forum and talk to us about how your feeling, we all understand and don't judge. It's a wonderful site Hope this helps. Hugs x

that was a very useful response my dear, I have bought a lot of books via Amazon, one of them Depression - the curse of the strong, written in plain English, with a lot of insight of the condition
HI guys yes I definitely agree talking on here or with trusted family members or friends is a great idea. I have noticed though for me, I find that the more I try to keep busy and stop thinking about why I am feeling sad/ anxious the better I feel. But try different things and see what is best for you.
Being unperfect is what makes you perfect
