It always happens at the worst possible time doesn't it?

Friday just gone I had just been to an appointment and was sat down on a break and the phone went and it was a place trying to put me on the spot and they asked me we want to ask you a couple of questions do you mind and to that I snapped down the phone yes I do mind and they were shocked and backed off and asked about ringing back and I said I would ring them code for get stuffed!

It's amazing how seemingly small things like that can really put you out as I had looked forward to a quiet sit down and a drink only to find that no it wasn't going to happen which was why I had snapped down the phone and slammed it down!

Yesterday I was put out after I was woken from a nap by loud music and had felt like it wasn't fair as I wasn't feeling well anyway and that was the final straw!

I ended up leaving the flat to calm down and had a walk which helped put things into perspective!

Point is matters that are silly and trivial to one aren't to another!

and sometimes they matter and sometimes they don't. It depends on the emotional thermometer.

It doesn't help though when you aren't in the best of moods to start with when these things strike!

That's when you are already near the top of the emotional thermometer. That's what I mean.

I had an incident yesterday on my way to the hospital. A trim came off Captur wheel arch and started waving around in the air. I thought I had picked up a bit of a tree. I was able to punch it back in and then discovered another bit that had come off, and pushed that back in. A few people stopped on this narrow country road but I was cool as a cucumber. My car needs quite a bit of body work, mostly due to me being in Cloud Cuckoo Land when in charge of the car. But hey ho. I'm low on the emotional thermometer at the moment.

Good news I did my booked interview at 3pm and went away feeling I had given it my best but if I don't get the job I won't be heartsick over it!

Not what you're looking for?
