Hello. This the first time I have posted online and I immediately feel stuck about what to share.So, I have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago and treatment has helped. I also take meds for depression/ anxiety.
I have been self-employed for most of my career and have really struggled this last year finding enough work to pay my bills. My anxiety has really spiked up. I feel like I'm on a conveyor belt slowly heading for a cliff. I try to keep busy which helps push back the fear. Being home alone with nothing to do is the worst. I thought reaching out to others who know my struggle would be helpfully. Thanks for any support.
