Hi everyone, I'm new here but I am no stranger to anxiety. And unfortunately for me it seems its trying to rear its ugly head with me again. As of late, I seem to have developed mild anxiety when it comes to being alone. What triggered it was I was dreading having to put my window a/c unit in but since its gotten oppressively hot....I didn't have much choice. And as I live in an older home, we only have window units and no central a/c. But, because of this, we are forced to keep doors closed. This something I'm not too thrilled with as it gives me the forced feeling of being alone. I'm hoping I can get some guidance and I am willing to lend my support as I stated before, I am no stranger to anxiety and I'd be happy to help.

as precarious job for sure. I'm happy you got it in w/o incident.

I just read where 1 out of 2 people feel lonely now a days.
