I want some support from people to see if they feel the same way, i am going through a breakup after 11 years, and feeling desperately lonely and my biggest fear is being alone, my wife was my world and she made me feel safe and secure and now all of that is gone,

is it normal to feel that i cant live alone - im living with very supportive friend but people say i need to find myself and live by myself but i don't think i can cope with that, can anyone relate?

findhopenow, going through any loss of someone we love is a most difficult thing to

go through in life. When we find that someone who gives us the strength and safety

and security we need, it's unbearable at times. We can and we will go on. It's true that

you must find the strength within yourself to go on. We all are here for a reason.

When people walk into our lives, it may be for a short time, a longer time or forever.

Hang onto what your wife taught you and the experience you gained. Now it's time for

you to move on. Don't allow this experience to stop you from living. Life is about more

than just existing. Allow yourself to grieve. I know how much you must be hurting.

Learn to love yourself as part of the healing process. Don't be afraid to get counseling

if you need it. We also are here for you. :) xx

Break-ups are really hard especially after so many years. I hope you can find peace in being alone, it takes time.
