OCD worsening my depression

Hello everyone on here. I haven’t posted in quite a while. I honestly don’t remember the last time I posted on here. I’ve had OCD all my life and I fell into a severe depression a few years ago. My life lately has been a constant battle with my mind. I try my hardest to have peaceful days even though my intrusive thoughts won’t give me a break. I became disabled a few years ago, so I try and keep myself busy as much as possible. One thing I do find hardest is trying to find social groups where I can meet new people and increase my social networking. Today was one of the roughest, saddest days I’ve had. I hope and pray always for peace and tranquility in my life. Blessings to all.

Samson, where have you been? Everyday I watch for posts and just happen to see this

one from you by chance. I was hoping when you stepped away, things had gotten better

for you.

I am so truly sorry that you are struggling quite badly. I am glad that you came back to

us. We need you just as much as you need us when the roads get rough.

I wonder if this emotional pain doesn't go beyond finding a social network.
