Is it ok to talk about something on here that people may think I’m crazy for? I’ve been wondering for a long time if I’m crazy. Maybe we all are to an extent.

crazy has as many faces in society as it does definitions or uses but it’s not associated with psychiatry or any type of diagnosis.

being out of control of emotions leads some to believe they are out of control of their minds so maybe psychosis would be the closest to a real life definition of crazy in terms of a tangible translation.

crazy is just a word. what do you feel like makes you think you or anyone else is crazy?

I understand how you feel, as I have sometimes wondered the same thing. But they say that “If you think you’re crazy, then you probably aren’t.” As the saying goes that if a person is really crazy, then they probably aren’t even enough in reality to be able to analyze themselves well enough to suspect that they might be crazy. But the fact that you are questioning your own sanity, shows that you are at least in touch with reality enough to question yourself. And I truly believe that this is the case.

But when it comes right down to it, I don’t think anyone can truly define “crazy” with any real accuracy. As that word is often used so loosely in our society.

I hope this post has helped you in some way. Even if it is just in the knowing that your thoughts and fears are understood. Best Wishes to you.
