Going to a Lake today

I'm going to a lake today and im nervous that my stiffness of my body language will be noticed by my family...I don't think they'll say anything, but I'm not sure if strangers will...if I'm around them. Is my stiffness a problem? Do people notice?

That's too bad. I have a lot of stress when I go to family events too.

Well then you know the pain...people just feel more comfortable with other people I guess
