What did you find so helpful about that book? I clicked on the link, but the title strikes me as garish and out of place. I often think depression is trying to kill me, but I don't think that I could ever kill depression, even if I can escape.

Yes I agree. It strikes me as one of those self help books which are completely undoable. A bit like a snake oil salesman.

There are a million books like that around already.
