Yesyerday I belived I was having a nice and relaxing day, but always at the end, it turns to the other. I try my best to live my life not waiting for the other shoe to drop, but when I start to believe it won't, it ends up dropping. I then blame myself for thinking the shoe would never drop. Next thing you know, I begin to panic and freak out. I want to find a way to fix how I think and continue my day if it's going good and not let the bad stuff detrimene my day.
