and understanding. You need to stop fighting the feelings. A book that has become the

foundation of my success was written by Dr. Claire Weekes , Psychiatrist. She herself,

suffered from the malady of Anxiety and worked on finding a way to help herself as well as

her patients. Her book is on Amazon but her videos are free on YouTube. Take a listen,

and see what the word "Acceptance" means in challenging Anxiety and not fighting it.
