I like this one. Sometimes I feel guilty about feeling guilty. This is a good reminder that I need to stop that.

I'm getting better in saying "no" but it's still a #1 issue that I am working on. :) xx

Hmm I think a lot of mothers feel guilty - if you stay at home you feel guilty at not doing your bit to contribute towards household costs and if you go to work you feel guilty about not spending enough time with the children - you just can’t win…I belong to the former category and frequently felt stigmatised for not working. All my friends who worked seemed to have immaculate houses, well behaved and co-operative children whereas our house was and still is in a constant state of chaos and despite having more time never getting on top of the housework and feeling guilty about the lack of it…. Even a doctor asked me once why I hadn’t gone back to work yet and the children were only 3 and 1 at the time! I think now we all should respect each other’s choices and be free to make them without any form of judgement from others and especially not to be made to feel guilty. Rant over.
