Little things are bugging me, not irritating but it’s affecting me in doing other important things that I have got to do.

That’s sounds really annoying. I know sometimes I feel like I need to be more positive only for every little thing to get to me, making me feel like I’m failing the one thing I’m trying to do.
I guess it depends how long it’s been going on for it’s ok for everything to annoy us for a couple of days but if it’s longer there might be one specific root cause that you’ve not identified yet
