this past week has been so hard for me, I got a removal done (tmi) which has caused my girly monthly thing to hit a lot more harder this month so my hormones emotions are just wild right now..

I feel alone in my journey of it, work has added stress to it. And I’m not gonna fault my bf as he has a hard time saying no to some people unless obviously it’s a bad thing.

Our friend keeps getting him to hangout and leaving less time for us so it’s hard for him to keep me company through this…

He is not to blame as it probably sounds like it is but I promise it’s not that case.

but yea stress has been hard, I’ve lost so much motivation. I know this will blow over but it’s just hard right now and I wanna isolate. I can’t afford counseling which sucks as I do want to do it

another thing. My parents won’t pay as they both left me. My dad makes excuses he can’t afford even when he pays so much for my step mom’s accessories and much more and my mom told me to stay out of her life. Family is included in this

Now at 55, I feel like hormones are to blame for much of my emotional instability when I was younger. Sorry your parents are not supportive. It seems like it’s very hard for a male partner to understand. A supplement called dim can help if you have estrogen dominance. Passion flower can help with anxiety. Hope you feel better soon. Maybe you can find community health care that allows you to pay for counseling on a sliding scale based on your income.
