I guess Posting on here makes me feel better. Knowing so many of us Are not alone. This morning was another anxious morning from the moment I woke up! My heart was already pounding hard It almost felt as if it was going to Pop out of my chest. Scary. 😨 But I decided to just let it be and not let it get to me. I’m still a bit anxious and feeling derealized. But I’m done having anxiety do the thinking for me! I’m done being scared that I’m going to drop dead. Enough is enough.

Enough is Enough. Time to show anxiety who's really the boss in your life.
You see, our brain really can't distinguish between happy anxiety and fearful anxiety
and so it sends out a warning signal to keep us safe. However in doing that, unless we
accept our situation as not threatening, we feel the physical fears of fear.
You did good today.. Let it be, don't feed into the feelings.
Know that you are Safe and you are in Control.
Taking a deep belly breath and exhaling long and slow will allow you to
feel the adrenaline going down. Breathe You've got this my friend xx
