I constantly seek out threat alerts when I go into a room. This makes me hyper aware of others around me, to the point where i know what there individually doing. someone might be putting soup in the microwave, someone might be sipping a drink, while another is shuffling their feet. I'm that hyper vigilant i also have body language that i think is weirder than most peoples, I'm wondering can people pick up on me swiftly moving my head quickly out of impulse or my body standing stiff or me walking a little slowly. and i want to know do people know i do these things or is it just in my head?

I think most people are focused on themselves and not that observant.
So people won't pick up on these things? The won't know I just heard them chewing gum or something like that?
No I don't think they will. And the internet and smartphones have taken people's attention span to that of a gnat.I've noticed that people with depression are highly sensitive. We're very aware of how people feel, facial expressions, noises that most others aren't. My anxiety keeps me out of the moment alot. I can spend the day with someone and not even notice what they have on.
