I'm with winternight on this one, try to move yourself physically even the tiniest little bit. To the bathroom, then another room, then outside for a few minutes if this is possible. Call or text anyone you know and call emergency services if it gets to that. You can talk to me. I'll listen carefully.
It is a very trying time right now, but you can make it through to the next step. You have been thinking through things, trying to find a new solution, and you are really making progress. If you feel you just can't struggle, or try really hard right now, just stop trying and rest ...even though the events and people around you haven't changed. They don't have to change right this minute for you to make it through. There is an answer that is right for you and your own special personality and gifts. It takes a while to break free from the past events and training. You didn't ask for that training, or the parenting yiu got. You didn't ask for relationships not to work out! It isn't anyone's fault that times are tough. It is changing, but you can't see it or enjoy it right now. There is a winter, and a spring. Keep communicating with others like you are doing! You were meant to be in the family you are in, and still can gain the strength you need! Rest a while, draw back from the fight. You will not lose everything, even if it seems like you are feeling that way and are afraid. You have the possibility of getting stronger and managing things. I believe you can make it. Have you tried yoga, meditation. Please just try walking around to see if it can help.
I totally get what you are feeling as I have had many times when I thought I was broken by my family too. You are not broken. You are a unique person who has had too many challenges. You can do this - please hang in there.
