My anxiety has completely taken over. No one understands how I feel? I'm just a burden to everyone. My family is cold to me,they have always made me feel like I'm a disappointment to them. They put on a fake happy act to others,and expect me to do the same. They unfortunately care more about what other people think,instead of their own daughter.

That's a good thing. You are not around negative people all the time.

I would separate a bit from the family if you can. Don't spend too much time with negative people.
