Hello fellows, I’ve been on this healing journey for quite a while but I feel so lonely here and there all the time. The key to healing journey is peer spreading positive support with each other about their progress and encourage us with that, I think it’d be really to share with each other about habits that are bettering our mental health and the progress we are making each day be it whatever activities we feel good about in our daily lives to share
