I currently took a test for one of my college classes. I had bad anxiety before the test. I have even more anxiety after the test. I don't think I did well in the test. I need to accept my failure and find healthy ways to move on from it. It's really affecting me because I still have another test in another class and I don't know what to do to keep my anxiety in check.

I am sorry to hear that you suffer from anxiety but I am sure that you did your best - may I suggest investing in the book MIND OVER MOOD second edition - it has an excellent chapter on Anxiety and a number of different recommendations for understanding your anxiety and triggers that I believe could be quite helpful. I have found it so and I have struggled with anxiety most of my life. I wish you well on both your test and finding unique ways of managing your anxiety.
