Any depression meds anyone has used to help with depression moods that don't have the sexual side affects. ( Difficulty in reaching orgasms)

Of course everyone is affected differently but I have added 2.5 mg Abilify to my meds. It helps with mood . I have stopped crying every day. It has given me some awful side effects(nausea headaches muscle pain stomach aches) but they are disappearing after day 5 and it’s worth it. I read that sex drive can increase on the med but not sure if that’s true.
According to the a study on the NCBI website (ncbi.nlm.nih.gov › pmc) entitled Frequency of Sexual Dysfunction in Patients Treated with Desvenlafaxine: A Prospective Naturalistic Study
"After 12 weeks, orgasm delay was observed at a higher rate than placebo in men, but not in women. Other sexual functions such as desire and arousal were not affected. In another randomized double-blind study, no differences were found between desvenlafaxine (50–100 mg) and placebo."
Of course this could be a good thing I, thankfully, haven't noticed an issue, because when my doctor did a a pharmacogenomic test that it analyzed how my genes may affect what antidepressant meds would work best for me, it turns out that I can properly metabolize only 2. The others I either metabolize too quickly (then I don't maintain the proper dosage over time), too slowly (thus could possibly overdose), or not at all. I'm really glad that my psychiatrist did that!
Mirtazapine has worked great for me with no issues. A few others are mentioned in this article: mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...
